NEW TOUR DATES!!! And lets catch up...
Hey all, Jay here. It looks like the last "News" that was added here was back in 2018 after the release of "The Trees Beyond the Town." MAN the past couple of years flew by. Once "The Trees Beyond the Town" was released, things were business as usual. A sea of gigs..."the grind," as they say. But a good grind. I was playing all types of shows just about every day of the week. There wasn't much to update except where I'd be next and what type of show it would be. Then came Covid-19. I remember how panicked I was when over the course of 3 days every gig I had on the calendar was erased...and worse yet, there was no end in sight. But in hindsight, it wasn't all that bad. I was able to really focus on being creative. I wrote all the time in a new studio that my wife and I had recently opened up in late February (I know, great timing...right?!). But what followed has led me on a little bit of a journey that I'll never forget, which has led me to where we are today. Getting ready to embark on a national tour as direct support for Three Dog Night, Foreigner and REO Speedwagon. I've also got some other great headlining dates lining up as well. Check out the dates on my "tour" page...and even though this "News Page" has been neglected...I'm here now. So let's catch up! Here are some highlights from the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic until now.

THE NEW SINGLES CAUGHT THE ATTENTION OF THE BOCH CENTER/WANG THEATER IN BOSTON.
I was fortunate to be invited to be a part of their "Ghost Light Series," Performing LIVE on the empty Wang Theater Stage. An experience I'll never forget. The series was aired around New England on NECN. Check out my episode, featured alongside Alice Howe and The Restless Age.

BY THIS TIME IT WAS FALL..."I Dream of Christmas With You" featured during the opening credits of Lifetimes "Christmas on Ice" A few months before the first snowflake fell, my friend (Extraordinary songwriter and Roots Music Performer) Les Sampou got together for a co-write. We were thrilled to see our song on National Network TV! Check out the single!
SO HERE WE ARE....I hope everyone has managed to stay safe and healthy during all of this madness. I'm thrilled that we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel which is becoming brighter every day. I so look forward to hitting the road this summer and feel incredibly blessed to be able to do so alongside some of the most recognizable acts in the industry. I'd like to thank everyone who has been so supportive during this strange time.
